Michelle started her career in the culinary arts at the young age of 17. Her first job was at Michael’s Restaurant in Santa Monica where she learned from some of the best chefs in the country. Her passion for food and her craft then took her to France to study under world famous Madeline Kamman. There she developed the foundation that would allow her to create exceptional food for decades to come. When she returned to the United States, she became part of the staff that opened the original Wolfgang Puck Restaurant, Spago’s, on the Sunset Strip. There she moved up the ranks and once again worked and learned from some of today’s most renown chefs.
In 1984, she got married and moved with her husband to Yucaipa to raise her family, building several businesses along the way.
